It should be pointed out that TiAlN coated tools cannot be used to process aluminum because there will be an analytical reaction between the tool and the material, resulting in diffusion wear of the tool, which quickly wears away. The TiAlN coating is black and TiN coating is yellow. We can distinguish the coating material by color. 3. In addition, attention should be paid to the control of the cooling liquid when processing concave surface, and the motor should not be immersed in the cooling liquid for processing. This has a greater impact on the life of the spindle motor.
